Claude Code 세션 정리하는 방법

Claude Code 로 작업을 끝내고 나면 늘 찝찝함이 남는다.

“이거 문서에 적어야 하나?” “다음에 뭐부터 하지?” 같은 생각들.

이를 해결하는 방법이 /wrap 커맨드로 세션 정리를 자동화하는 방식이다.

/wrap 실행 -> 5개 에이전트가 세션 분석

• doc-updater: CLAUDE.md / context.md 에 추가할 내용 제안
• automation-scout: 반복 패턴을 분석해 skill / command / agent 자동화 기회 탐색
• learning-extractor: 이번 세션에서 배운 것, 실수한 것, 새로 알게 된점 정리
• followup-suggester: 미완성 작업과 다음 세션 우선순위 정리
• duplicate-checker: 이미 문서에 있는 내용인지 중복 검증

설치 방법

# Claude Code에 해당 마켓플레이스 등록

# session-wrap 플러그인 설치
